Reached a dead end in your family history research??
A new year brings new challenges to CGGS. Members met for the first of 2 and possibly 3 months of collaborating to seek breakthroughs and unlock the walls of many researchers in our group.
As learned in our first meeting, location, historic events like the civil war, natural disasters and unattainable records are some of the causes of a dead end research project. Some members don't have access to certain databases or just are not aware databases exist. Joining together combining knowledge and resources is a road to success. Seven scenarios were submitted with 15 members in two groups are working on this project. The next meeting will address the findings and resources used to help solve the family history roadblocks.
