Two of the societies long standing members have won achievement awards from the Washington State Genealogical Society. Linda Colton, Hood River, won the Outstanding Volunteer Award and Jim Bull, Trout Lake, won the Outstanding Volunteer Award and the Outstanding Communicator Award. Both Jim and Linda are very active in genealogical societies in both Oregon and Washington. Jim is our Tales and Trails Newsletter editor and Linda has contributed much time in giving presentations and educating us on many subjects. Congratulations on your great achievement's!
